Deliveries are primarily from our US warehouse but can also be from our UK warehouse. In this case, all import duties and taxes are included and no additional payment is required.
You can return your online order for a full refund within 14 days of delivery, using our free returns service. Returns can also be made in person to our London Flagship or New York Residency.
