Delivery Times & Costs
We offer Complimentary Express delivery on orders over $1000, via our courier partners UPS. Delivering Monday to Friday, 8am-6pm.
US UPS (Next Working Day) - $25
Dispatched from the US, placed before 1pm EST.
Orders placed after this time on a Friday will arrive on the following Tuesday.
Signature required.
US UPS (1-3 Working Days) - $15
Dispatched from the US.
Signature required.
US UPS (Arrive Within 7 Working Days) - $15
Transferred from the UK and then dispatched within the US.
Signature required.
We operate from multiple warehouses. Depending on availability, we may transfer your order to the relevant warehouse in your country for dispatch. This is to ensure smooth and easy delivery and is indicated in the shipping methods and delivery times offered.
If incurred, all import duties and customs are covered by Métier. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to get in touch with our customer care team.
Please allow an additional 4-5 working days for our monogramming service, including next-day shipping. Monogrammed products cannot be returned.
Signature On Delivery
A signature is required on delivery by UPS. If you are not in when the delivery arrives, the courier will leave a delivery note with information on how to rearrange your delivery at a convenient time. If the courier attempts delivery more than twice and you cannot sign for your order, it will be returned to our warehouse, and you will be refunded the total cost of your order, minus the shipping. For your convenience, you will be sent an email by the courier once our order has been dispatched. This will detail your tracking link and provide an option to alter your delivery date and time.
If requesting a delivery without a signature, to a neighbour or to a safe place, please note that Métier are not responsible if the package is subsequently lost or stolen.
International Delivery
Please ensure the shipping address you enter in checkout is correct, we are unable to amend delivery details once your order has left our warehouse. The countries we deliver to are:

All orders are shipped from the UK except deliveries to the USA which can come from both our UK and US warehouses.
Customs Charges
We dispatch orders primarily from the US warehouse but also from our UK warehouse. To better assist you with your orders, Duties and Taxes are already included and there won't be any additional charge upon shipping.
Taxes
Métier are required to charge sales tax in the following states:
- Maryland
- New Jersey
- Florida
- Pennsylvania
- Massachusetts
- California
- New York
- Texas
- Tennessee
Relevant sales taxes will be calculated and charged at checkout.
Tracking Your Order
After placing your order, you will receive an Order Confirmation email. This will be followed by another email confirming the dispatch of your order with your DHL tracking information. Please contact the courier directly to alter any delivery arrangements. You can also check the status on the courier's website by inserting your tracking number.
Delivery times will vary. Please refer to our delivery section for more information. Métier cannot take responsibility for delays due to customs clearance or payment transactions. Please note that you have 30 days upon dispatch of your order to contact us should you not receive it. If you contact us after these 30 days, we cannot guarantee your refund.
Bespoke
Please note that due to the devotion of time, materials, and care for these bespoke pieces, sales are final and non-refundable.
After you place your order, you will receive a confirmation that outlines the specifications of your piece. We encourage you to review this confirmation carefully and let us know in writing if you notice any discrepancies as soon as possible. If we do not hear from you, we will proceed based on the details provided in your Order Confirmation.
As each piece is thoughtfully made to order, the estimated lead time is approximately four calendar months. This timing reflects the intricate process involved, though it may vary slightly. Please note that this estimate is not inclusive of shipping times to you once dispatched.
Gift Cards

Returning Your Order
Please return your online order's unwanted item/s within 14 days of delivery for a refund.
Please note that merchandise purchased in-store will be considered for exchange or store credit when returned within 14 days.
You can return your online order using our free UPS returns service or return in person to our London Flagship store at 59 South Audley Street, London, W1K 2QN or our New York Residency at 142 Wooster Street, New York, NY 10012.
Follow these steps to return your order:
Please email customercare@metier.com with the product(s) you would like to return, your order number and which items you would like to return.
Please also let us know if you would prefer to return your item(s) via DHL or in person to 59 South Audley Street or our New York Residency at 142 Wooster Street, New York, NY 10012.
We will also email you a prepaid UPS return label.
Prepare your shipment in the original boxes and dust bags provided, and inside a protective shipping box. If a tag was included with the product, do not remove this. We cannot accept returns in the tag is missing.
Please note:
We will not accept returned items if they appear to have been used, have their original tags removed or are not returned in their original packaging.
Please check your product thoroughly upon receipt, before removing any tags.
If the item comes with a security tag, this must be left on. If the security tag is removed, then the returned item will not comply with the returns policy and will not be refunded
Monogrammed and made-to-order products cannot be returned.
Please allow up to 5 working days for the processing of returns once they arrive in our warehouse.
