Gift Cards
A Métier Gift Card is an invitation to choose—an experience of craftsmanship, care and time well spent.
Presented in our signature bespoke gift box, this gift card will be shipped express to the delivery address of your choosing.
To add a personalised message to your gift card, select the gift option in your shopping bag at the stage before checkout.

1. Issuer and Scope
Gift Cards are issued by Métier London Limited and are redeemable exclusively at Métier boutiques and at metier.com. They may not be used at third-party retailers or concession spaces.
2. Currency
Métier Gift Cards are issued in specific currencies and can only be redeemed in the currency issued. Currency conversions are not applied, and balances cannot be transferred between currencies or regional platforms.
3. Validity
Your Métier Gift Card remains valid for twelve (12) months from the date of purchase. After this period, any remaining balance will be respectfully forfeited and the card will cease to be active.
4. Redemption
Use your card in whole or in part. Purchases will be deducted from the available balance until the value is fully redeemed. Multiple cards may be used within a single transaction when purchasing from Métier. Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash or used to buy other gift cards.
5. Refunds and Returns
Items purchased with a Gift Card follow Métier’s standard return policy. For any approved returns, the credited amount will be re-applied to a replacement Gift Card. Gift Cards themselves are non-refundable, and balances cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.
6. Lost or Damaged Cards
Each Métier Gift Card is treated with the same discretion as currency. Please guard yours carefully. Lost, stolen, altered, or damaged cards cannot be replaced, reissued, or refunded.
