January
British Vogue reports Métier as the 'stealth luxury handbag brand’ to watch.

We paid a visit to George Nakashima Woodworkers in Pennsylvania, an architect we admire for his celebration of craftsmanship.
March
In honour of International Women’s Day, our founder Melissa Morris was interviewed by the Design Museum, ahead of the upcoming Charlotte Perriand Exhibition.
May
We shot our Love Letter To The City campaign as restrictions eased and London came back to life.
June
Melissa was invited to speak at the inauguration of the Charlotte Perriand Exhibition at the Design Museum in London, moderated by How To Spend It Editor-in-Chief Jo Ellison.
We partnered with the Supercar Owners Circle for the celebrated Mille Miglia race in Italy.
July
We launched our summer capsule Métier VACANZA and our collaboration with Cabana magazine.
September
Melissa was invited to speak at the Business of Fashion Podcast ‘Transforming Luxury’.
Métier was featured in Robb Report’s ‘The Sound of Luxury’.
Melissa was selected as one of the one hundred entrepreneurs for the Monocle Book of Entrepreneurs.

The Vagabond, the Rider and the Private Eye were worn in the anticipated third season of Succession.
We hosted a talk on Craftsmanship at our Mayfair flagship, with Robb Report Editor-in-Chief Paul Croughton and our Master Craftsman Luca Flavi.
Métier was the main partner of the 7th edition of the Paris Internationale Art Fair.

Our long-awaited collaboration, Westman Atelier by Métier, launched.
Melissa Morris and Emily Mortimer hosted a dinner in Anna Karlin’s New York studio.

December
Melissa was invited to speak at the annual Business of Fashion VOICES, ‘bringing together the movers, shakers and trailblazers of the fashion industry’.
We introduced the Métier Gift Shop, our artisanal Holiday collection of design objects.
As this year draws to a close, I wanted to thank you from the bottom of my heart for your support this year. While 2021 has been another challenging year for all of us, we have had some incredible moments and I look back in awe at some of our achievements. From press features and TV appearances to collaborations and events, I am amazed by how much we have accomplished this year—thanks to you.
I am so proud and honoured to have such passionate clients, friends, partners and teammates who champion you and push you on a daily basis. Your passion and excitement for what we do at Métier has given us wings beyond my wildest imagination and reaffirms the conviction that we are progressing in the right direction.
We have been working hard and there is a lot in store for 2022. I am beyond excited to share our latest projects with you in the months to come.
